I've just received my fav Starbucks latte and Frolick yogurt! Other then the fact that i'm still pretty much sick, tonight's kinda awesome. Moreover, Iris is replacing me tomorrow (Thanks babe! :DD), which means i could use the time tomorrow to rest. Okayy, time for bed, feeling groggy after taking the medication. Goodnight ya'll!

So i just got back from the doctor and apparently i'm down with a VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD FLU. I'm given 2 days mc, and if by friday i'm still not well, the mc is extended to Sunday. I should get well by then, if not its pretty serious and i gotta go back for review. I stumbled to the doctor in the most unglam state that you'll ever see me in. I was make-up-less, in the sloppiest outfit ever and i had my pouch on one hand, a tissue box in the other. Yes you heard it, tissue box. Its not even those packet/travelling kind, its those boxes you have at home. And by the time i finished seeing the doctor, i went home with an empty box!
The worst news of all i weighed myself at the clinic and I LOST ANOTHER FREAKING 2 KG! That makes me 44Kg now. Mind you, just last year during my O levels, i was 52Kg. Omgosh, a total weight lost of 8Kg which is pretty unbelievable. For once, i am extremely sad about it because its taking a toll on my health. Plus plus, i can't fit into alot of my clothing because they're either too huge or too beggy which makes it really ugly, especially if you're talking about jeans/pants.
Note to self, I MUST GET WELL BY SUNDAY! Please pray for me guys, i really can't afford to fall sick at this point of time. I'm literally fighting to stay alive just to get my assignments done. By praise the Lord, i just received an sms from Eve regarding my 4 articles that i've just handed in. I've received 4/5, individually for all 4 articles! Thats kinda amazing.
Oh yes, and my apologies if there's any spelling/grammer mistakes. I just took a whole lot of medication that will cause drowsiness so actually in a few mins time, i'll prolly concuss on my bed or something. My motor skills are really screwed up right now.
**Twin, i just wanna thank you for being there. I really didn't know who to cry to and i'm so sorry if i've gotten you involved in this whole saga.
**R and S, just wanna say that you 2 are the best. Without you guys now, i'll probably die or something. (: Love you tons!
**And to you, if you're reading this (which i know you would), i really hope you'll wake up and know that there are people around who still care. I am one of them. |

I had trouble sleeping, particularly last night. Infact i didn't fall asleep until 6 in the morning and even though i did managed to get some sleep, i finally decided to get up 10am. I feel absolutely terrible. For the past few days, i haven been eating much, sleep was also a problem. I had to juggle between work and school, at the same time, trying to rush through my assignments. Thank God at least i managed to clear 4 articles and the quiz. Now, i'm only left with my final group project, which i'm so not looking forward to.
I think i've just lost alot of weight, AGAIN. In a few days time, if my fever and flu still persists, i'll prolly be in the hospital or something. Yes, its that bad.
And i'm sorry to you, you, you and you. I did not choose you over them. That's the truth. Period. |

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY PST KONG!

Anyway, service was great! We had the SOT grad svc and congrats to all! Throughout the whole svc, God was speaking to me about going to SOT next year. And i'm still praying about it but there are already so many 'signs' or what you call, confirmation, for me. One of it is that i'll be graduating with my specialist diploma in Psychology in the beginning of March 2009 and coincidentally, SOT begins on the 30th of March! The timing is as though it has been perfectly planned out for me.
In any case, i'll continue to seek the Lord about this. I'm just so excited bout the future!!

Alright, so here are the photos for filming part 2.
We had to do the running after Ben and Gurmit scene in the carpark because it was pouring outside. Director Philip joined us in the scene please. Damn hilarious!

Super practical, down to earth, friendly, loving actress that i've ever met. We were talking non stop la seriously! And she gave us tons of insights about mediacorp, channel 8 and even the chinese show that she's currently filming (Yes the one that she acted as 'Erbo' the vietnamnese women. There's gonna be a season 2 and she kinda told us a lil bit of the story).
As quoted by Mas, 'The 6 princesses of Calefare show'.
Mas and yours truly. Awesome character! Before she left, she even came to shake our hands and said goodbye. Totally humble please.
We were waiting for the volleyball scene.
Yes yes, what you guys have all been waiting for, the sizzling hot Fiona Xie. She's super hyper and loud off set, when we're having our breaks and stuff. And definitely addicted to her mini Sudoku book that she carries around all the time.

Seriously, he is the guy who is running around like crazy behind the scenes to make things happen, get us food and drinks, make sure that the set is okay, shelter us from the rain. Basically the first to reach and the last to get home kind. KUDOS TO YOU!
Was just talking to Khai yesterday, we're gonna arrange a Calefare outing for all the cast and crew soon! (:
BUT BUT, with that much success and fun comes with consequences. I'm down with fever and sore throat now. Because i've only been able to get 2 to 3 hours of sleep everyday and i haven been eating well also. And i think i caught a cold while filming that day. It was raining like crazy, the winds were strong, we were freezing in our beach wear and had no jackets. We even resulted in using an umbrella as our jackets la!
I'm really thankful to God for giving me this opportunity despite all these. I hope this is just the beginning. (: |

So there's 7 more weeks to go. Its the beach scene!

3. Chiong assignments.

Had filming yesterday again. I woke up at 5am and had to rush down to Sentosa by 7.30am. And guess what, by the time i got there, it poured like nobody's business! The producers were driving us around to different locations in Sentosa where there's shelter, just to film. Kudos to them.
We had filming from 7.30am to 6.45pm. Can you imagine how tired we were.
Please pray for me, i'm not feeling well.

I survived today by the grace of God! (: Struggled to wake up though. Choir was awesome! Its been a long time since i last served due to the exams, school and work. BUT I'M BACK ON STAGE BABY!
Anyhoos, i've gotta get up by 7.30am tomorrow (being a Sunday, i should still be in bed)! Doing opening with Geri at GWC till 2.30pm. Got 30mins to spare, was thinking of dropping by a salon for wash and blow before i make my way down to Habourfront to meet up with Twin. Shoot's at 4pm and hopefully it wouldn't be so hot by then. Don't wanna get sunburn and whatnots.
Omg, i just received a sms from Wenn. Shoot starts at 11am tomorrow, till 7pm. Just-kill-me-now!

Woke up at 5am this morning and i only managed to get 2 hours of sleep this afternoon before i had to rush down for filming at Sentosa. In the end, Wenn informed me 5 mins before the shoot, that it was cancelled. -.-! So we wenta Vivo, walked around, tried tons of dresses, finally got one from Zara.
And then we wenta Toys R Us.
Unglam to the max i know! HAHAH.
Tomorrow's gonna be a looonnnggg day as well. Will be in church from 2pm to 6pm, then i've gotta rush down to Gwc for my shift till 10.15pm. As for Sunday, i'll be doing opening at Gwc till 2.30pm, Iris will be coming in thereafter, then i've to go for a shoot again at 4pm. PLUS, i've got 4 assignments due by Wed. Honestly, i don't know how i'm gonna get all these done.

I don't know what's going on or what have i done. Haven been sleeping much since Sunday and i've been pushing my body to the limit. Went for Serene's grandfather's funeral wake yesterday. Reached home at 1am or so, slept at 4am and i was suppose to get up by 5am to go down to Jw for prayer meeting. I overslept and now here i am at work.
God, please give me a solution.
I'm going into the prayer closet and never coming out. |

I was just going through some of my older folders. Lo and behold i found these fat and hideous pictures of myself! Yes yes, laugh all you want.

This is in the year 2006 i think. FAT DAYS! Just take a look at my fat arm!
Still kinda fat and make-up less. GEE.
Now for the slimmer and more improved self.
This is just the beginning. Still make-up less though.

When hours spent in the gym has paid off. TA-DAA!

I cannot emphasize enough how awesome this morning's prayer meeting @ Jw was! (: Although i had to wake up at 5am this morning because prayer meeting starts at 7am, i gladly did. Infact, i only had 2 hours of sleep. I wenta bed at 3am. I know, this is insane. While praying this morning, the power of God and his supernatural strength was upon me. I could feel his love saturating the hall and the sight of the 2500 people praying altogether in the morning is amazing! The whole hall was packed, even the stairs were filled! It was good, very very good! And i felt very refreshed after the whole thing ended. If you guys have the opportunity to go, please do.
Anyway, i know i haven been updating much. I promise i'll do a proper update bout National Day soon, with pictures! (:

I've decided to lock up 50% of the post because i've realized that people in this world has everything and anything to comment about. Even if it is non of their business. Anyway, today has been a mentally draining, physically exhausting and emotionally tormenting day! It also doesn't get any better if someone close to you doesn't accept the way you judge or get things done. Other then the fact that D got me my Shu Uemura Deepsea Facial Mist (it did help cheer me up a lil), i wished that i didn't exist today. Yes, its that bad. And i only had 2 hours of sleep the previous night.
You know i might just end up re-creating a whole new URL for my blog. We'll see..... |
